12-Night Europe - Northern Cruise on Seven Seas Voyager
Interested in viewing many different cultures? Love to cruise? Cruising Northern Europe may be perfect for you. Most Northern European cruises can show you the Scandinavian peninsula, Baltic states, and the Netherlands on a seven to fifteen day cruise. You'll tour historic sights and see beautiful landscapes. And since you're cruising, you'll enjoy unlimited first-rate cuisine and you'll have a range of activities available to you while you're not exploring the sights. Cruises in Northern Europe often depart from Copenhagen, Stockholm, Amsterdam, or London. Ships sailing to this destination also make time to see Helsinki, Finland; Tallinn, Estonia; and Oslo, Norway.
Book with a professional travel advisor and you may unlock more than what appears in a standard online search. Depending on the supplier and trip, your advisor may have access to preferred or agency-negotiated group rates, special promotions, upgrades, onboard or resort credits, and other added-value benefits that are not always available through direct booking.
During our consultation, we may ask for a few details—such as your country or state of residence, ZIP code, age eligibility, military status, past-guest history, or loyalty memberships. These details can help us identify fares and benefits you may qualify for and compare them against publicly available options.
Not every offer applies to every traveler, and availability varies by supplier, destination, sailing, travel dates, and eligibility. But the more we know about your trip and the qualifications that may apply to you, the more thoroughly we can search for opportunities to enhance your vacation and help you secure the best available overall value not just the first price you see online.

Day 6 · Berlin, Germany
Berlin, Germany
Arrive 7:00 am · Depart 9:00 pm
Berlin is a result of a union between two founding towns, Colln and Berlin. They affiliated themselves in 1307 for a union. After riots, elector Friedrich II declared Colln/Berlin his residence in 1451. The city was devastated in 1945 after the Nazi terror and the end of World War II. Berlin was then divided into four parts: the East was administered by the Soviet Union, the Southwest by the USA, the West by Great Britain and the Northwest by France. As a result of the Berlin Blockade in 1948, Berlin became an object of the Soviet-American conflict as the Americans and British supplied the three West Sectors via "Air Lift" with aircrafts they nick-named "Candy Bombers". Reconstruction began in both East and West Berlin but not without a price. August 13, 1961 is remembered as the day of division, when the Berlin Wall separated this cities people. Twenty-eight years later, celebration broke out in the city as the Berlin Wall was torn down on November 9, 1989. Months later in 1990, Berlin was reunified and became the residence of the Federal Government, which held its first plenary session on April 19, 1999 in the redesigned Reichstag. Because the Reichstag has a new glass dome, it has become an attraction for both Berliners and tourists from all over the world. Berlin celebrated the new millennium with a magnificent party at the Brandenburger Tor. Berlin has changed a lot since then and will continue to change.
